How To Use This Website
To browse our products, use the topic headings on the left hand side of the screen. You are free to 'Shop' without logging in or registering. To add items to 'My Cart' simply select the required items and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Once you are happy with the items you have selected, you will need to log in or register. Enter your billing and delivery information and 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Registering
New customers to the website will need to register before submitting an order. To register with the site enter your email address (this will become your username) and choose a password. You will need to remember these details for when you use the site in the future.
Payment
Credit and debit cards payments are handled securely by Authorize.net. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Payment may also be made via PayPal or with a check.
Logging In
If you are a returning customer, you will need to log on to the site using the username and password supplied when you registered. All your address details should have been retained by the site, along with any previous orders.
Checkout
Once you are happy with your order, you can 'proceed to checkout'. You will need to complete your delivery and billing address details, agree to our terms and conditions and confirm your order is correct before proceeding.
Ordering and Delivery Issues
How is my order shipped?
The wall charts are shipped by FedEx, secured in brown cardboard tubes.
Pocket Posters are shipped by FedEx or US Mail (depending on quantity) and come in 5" x 7" boxes or envelopes.
The interactive software and worksheets are shipped by FedEx or US Mail in a plastic casing or cardboard sleeve.
How long will I have to wait for delivery?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Delivery time simply depends on destination and transit time from our warehouse (Chicago area).
Next day or 3 day delivery is available at checkout.
Can I order through my school and be invoiced for the items?
Yes, as long as your order has been authorized through your school’s requisition or procurement department. A Purchase Order is required for this method of payment.
Can I pay by with a credit or debit card?
Yes, purchases can be made by all major credit and debit cards.
Are my payments handled securely?
Yes, Authorize.net’s secure servers handle all payments.
What are the Shipping and Handling charges?
FedEx standard rates apply, which are calculated based on weight and destination.
