12 Apr 06As many educators know, the Education Resources Awards highlight the quality and diversity of educational products and resources, excellent educational establishments and the most dedicated members of the teaching profession and supplies industry, all working together to encourage the very best in education.
Year after year, DayDream EDUCATION has been recognised at these industry awards for its increasingly popular interactive whiteboard charts and wall charts, and once again, for the second consecutive year, DayDream EDUCATION was short-listed in Supplier of the Year category.
Recognising the diversity of requirements in schools, DayDream EDUCATION has created multi-media formats in response to its user’s requests. To make these resources even more accessible, DayDream acknowledges the restraint and demands on resources in schools and education establishments today, therefore, it has ensured that users can purchase the new interactive charts with e-learning credits (eLCs).
Daydream has also been accredited for its awareness of the environment and the importance of giving back to the wider community. Daydream works closely with Save the Children and BookAid to provide as many varied educational materials as possible to those who have little or nothing at all. Since its foundation, Daydream Education has been responsible for donating over 12,000 revision booklets and 6,000 wall charts to communities in 13 countries throughout Africa.
